Verification process

Before a professional profile is marked “Verified” on BazaEngineer, our team reviews submitted qualifications, relevant experience, and — where applicable — registration with the relevant Rwandan professional body. Profiles that cannot be verified remain unlisted until documentation is provided.

Expected conduct

• Represent qualifications and experience accurately
• Respond to client requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide clear, itemized quotes and scopes of work where applicable
• Disclose when a matter falls outside their expertise or licensing
• Comply with applicable Rwandan construction and professional regulations

Reviews and reports

Clients may leave reviews after an engagement, and may report conduct that falls below these standards. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and repeated or serious issues can result in a profile being suspended or removed.

Limits of verification

Verification reflects a review at a point in time and is not a guarantee of future performance. For high-value engagements, clients are encouraged to independently confirm current licensing and request references directly.
