1. About BazaEngineer

BazaEngineer (“we”, “our”, “the platform”) is a digital gateway providing educational information about land, construction and engineering in Rwanda, and a directory connecting users with independent professionals. These Terms govern your use of the platform.

2. Educational information, not professional advice

Content on BazaEngineer — including answers, articles, checklists and cost estimates — is provided for general educational purposes. It is not a substitute for site inspection, professional engineering judgment, legal advice, or official guidance from relevant Rwandan authorities.

3. Independent professionals

Professionals listed on BazaEngineer operate independently. We take reasonable steps to review qualifications before marking a profile verified, but we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or outcome of any work performed by a listed professional. Any engagement is a direct agreement between you and the professional.

4. User conduct

• Provide accurate information when creating a project, request, or profile.
• Do not use the platform to submit false verification claims or credentials.
• Do not misuse contact tools to send unsolicited or abusive messages.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use of BazaEngineer after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
